Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC) aims to be a dynamic environment where university and private sector talent transform ideas into innovation that impacts the world. When project work is complete, NIC will be defined by uniquely designed buildings of quality construction that promote positive energy, foster interaction, stimulate ideas, collaboration, sustainability and innovation.
Phase one of campus construction involves 380,000 SF of renovation and new construction including renovation of two 100-year-old buildings, new construction of an 80,000 SF Wet Lab, and 65,000 SF of office building. Part of the former 4-H Building has been reconstructed into the NIC Conference Center, a unique full-service conference center providing multi-functional meeting and collaboration space for 400 participants. The first tenants on campus opened their offices in August 2014.View Project Website » View Job Site » View Leasing Information »
