Downtown Lincoln Association honors new Olsson HQ

The Downtown Lincoln Association on Wednesday gave out its Significant Private Development Award to Olsson Associates new headquarters building at 601 P St. The four-story building, once known as “Project Oscar” before it was announced that it was for Olsson Associates, cost about $17 million. It is the first new office building in the redeveloped West Haymarket area.
