Green Plains Energy Corporate Headquarters

Tetrad Property Group partnered with Green Plains Energy, a vertically integrated ethanol producer, to build their new corporate headquarters in Aksarben Village in Omaha, NE. The four-story building, which includes garage parking on the first level, was designed with collaborative work environments and the use of technology-rich training and conference rooms in mind. The space also includes a state-of-the-art employee kitchen, trading floor, and serves Finance, Treasury, and Executive Management Teams.
