Carson Group Headquarters

This new corporate headquarters was developed for Carson Group, an Omaha-based financial services company serving advisors and investors. Carson Group’s new headquarters is located at 144th & Dodge Streets in the Heartwood Preserve Development. The project consists of 2 buildings connected via a skybridge and totals 200,000 SF.  Onsite amenities include a gym and rooftop bar. Total project costs are $80 million. The vision for this project has been guided by the culture of Carson Group and is reflected not only in the architecture of the building but the selection of the Development Team.
