Olsson Corporate Headquarters Expansion

The need for additional space to accommodate Olsson’s rapid growth moved up the timeline for the construction of the Olsson Corporate Headquarters expansion. This is the sister building to the original Headquarters completed in 2014.    The 76,000 SF building accommodates office space for Olsson, D.A. Davidson, Q2, and Lutz. In addition to these business tenants, the Movement Academy Fitness Center in located on the first floor, offering a convenient fitness option for people who live and work in the West Haymarket.
