Colorado State University: Translational Medicine Institute

The C. Wayne McIlwraith Translational Medicine Institute is uniquely positioned for discoveries in translational medicine, as biological therapies present a new therapeutic frontier. The institute will draw on established areas of Colorado State University’s research expertise in orthopaedics, biomedical engineering, immunology, infectious disease, surgical advances, and other medical fields. The $65 million project broke ground on June 2nd and anticipated completed will take place in late fall 2018.

TPG is facilitating the design and construction of the Translational Medicine Institute in the immediate future and anticipate further development of the South and Foothills Campuses in the coming years. Our public-private partnership with CSU includes development, financing, project management and operations & maintenance responsibilities.
