Project Manager
As Project Manager, David serves as the day-to-day contact for owners on their projects. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear and accurate direction for the project while leading the development, oversight of design and construction and estimating. He initiates ongoing contact with ownership and project partners, manages personnel, contract negotiations purchasing and scheduling. David has over 5 years of industry and project management experience.
